Submit IdeaGitHub sync: Keep documentation, screenshots, and videos up to date
Keep your knowledge base in sync with your product as it evolves. Connect a GitHub repository so VideoMule can detect changes when pull requests are merged or new features are added, understand what changed, and identify the guides and tutorials that need updating. Planned capabilities: • Automatically update written documentation and knowledge-base pages to reflect changes in your codebase. • Use an agent to navigate the updated app and capture fresh screenshots for affected workflows. • Automatically record or re-record tutorial videos when app access is provided. • Keep written guides, screenshots, and videos aligned with the latest product experience. App access requirements: Screenshot capture and video recording will require an accessible app URL and dedicated test-account login details, with permission for the agent to use the relevant features. The code changes must be deployed to that accessible environment so the agent can see and record the updated app. This builds on Documentation & Guides by keeping your existing content up to date as your codebase changes.

Documentation & Guides: Turn one recording into video and written docs
One recording. A video and a complete written guide. In Development: This feature is being built and is not yet released. The planned workflow Generate your documentation. Turn your project's script and video into structured steps, descriptions and screenshots captured from the recording.Refine it in VideoMule. Edit the introduction, step titles and instructions, or regenerate the document as your project changes.Share a complete page. Publish a link with the video, the written guide, or both. Preview the page and choose the document version to publish.Build your knowledge base. Add projects as articles in Guides, organize them into sections, and reuse a project in multiple guides. Publish guide updates when you're ready for readers to see them. The planned guide reader brings together video, illustrated steps, search, section navigation and an on-page table of contents. Designs also include branded guides and public or invited-member access. Custom domains shown in the previews require verification and are planned higher-plan options, as is removing the VideoMule footer. Design previews The attached screens show: 1. Generated documentation with screenshots; 2. Sharing a video and document together; 3. Organizing knowledge-base sections and articles; 4. Reading a guide with video and illustrated steps.
